Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received only after the stated release date.
When an order is placed and paid for it is tagged ‘Processing’. We will make our best effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible – usually within 24 hours. We will email your tracking code from our shipping partner after it’s dispatched.
Sometimes, when an order is placed over phone or otherwise not paid for immediately, it will be marked as “Awaiting Payment”. Orders awaiting payment will be marked as ‘Processing’ and go through the regular process after payment is made. Contact us for assistance with payments.
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to an error on our part) within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be first authorized by email.
We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in “as-new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.
When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only.
